The Eighth Wonder programme is delighted to invite 14-20 year old young women with a passion for football to sign up to our second development day on Friday 27th October.

After a hugely successful first year, the Eighth Wonder programme returns with plans for an equally impressive and engaging line up to help develop football's future female leaders.

The Development Day will take place at the heart of the county at the Kent County Football Association, from 10am-4pm. Check out what went down last year by clicking here.

It doesn't matter whether you're associated with a club or not, whether you play or just love football. There's a space for everyone! If you are already part of the programme and want to sign up again, that is also fine. A confirmed itinerary will be circulated to those who sign up.

And don't forget, the programme extends beyond the development day, with mentoring support and club placements also offered to those who wish to pursue certain interests further.

Since the programme's inaugural event, Eighth Wonder girls have gone on to volunteer over 1,100 hours to the grassroots community. Some have taken their first steps on the coaching ladder, signing up to Kent FA Level One courses and lending their expertise to local clubs. We've even had one Eighth Wonder girl secure a full time job in football since!

With 45 spaces up for grabs, please do register early to avoid disappointment.

There is a small £10 fee to cover the event cost. Click here to sign up.

So, spread the word! We'll see you in October...
